RETURN / REFUND POLICY
STORAGE POCKETS

Return policy - we have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
​
Return condition - your item must be in the original condition that you receive it (unused) and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept change of mind reasons or if the storage pocket was incorrectly measured on your end.

Lodging a return - please email us at yowieoutback@hotmail.com and provide the reasons for the return request. If your item is damaged on receipt of delivery, please email us and provide photos of the damaged product.
Return accepted - we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Parcel damaged in transit - please contact the Australia Post website to lodge a compensation of damaged in transit items claim. https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/compensationAdditional insurance (transit cover) can be taken out by the buyer if required.
We do not except responsibility or liability if you have placed your item in the wrong location and are unable to remove the sticky velcro from that surface. Once the velcro is put in place, it is permanently there.
We do not except returns for change of mind reasons or incorrectly measured items made on your end.
Refunds - once your item is inspected, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund request is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method, minus the postage you have paid to return items. Please allow appropriate time for your bank/credit card company to process and issue the refund.

CLOTHING / ACCESSORIES
​
We do not accept returns and exchanges for customers who ordered the wrong colour or for change of mind. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will happily change the clothing item to the correct size at the buyers expense (postage). Please keep this in mind when making an order.

If your item is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please email us within 30 days.
